Your Brand Cosmetics manufacture on demand, ensuring your product(s) have maximum shelf life and are made to your specific specifications. 

For this reason we do not accept returns on custom-made or private label items unless the product is faulty, damaged upon receipt, or significantly different from the agreed-upon specifications.

Customers should inspect private label orders immediately upon delivery and report any issues, such as defects or damages, to the company within 72 hours to be eligible for a replacement / refund in these instances.

Photographic evidence will be required so do not dispose of any items or packaging before reaching out to our friendly support on sales@yourbrandcosmetics.co.uk
